Refund Policy
- Abhinav Silk’s refund policy: The returns must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original state. All original packaging including MRP tag must be intact.
- Refund will be processed in 2–3 working days after the return is received.
- Abhinav Silk does not offer return or exchange of international orders.
Cancellation Policy
You will get a full refund if you cancel your order before it has been supplied.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you must contact Abhinav Silk with your order ID and a photo of the defect within 48 hours of delivery. Abhinav Silk will investigate and offer either a credit note or a refund.
Credit Note
If you opt for a credit note, it cannot be converted to cash later.
